COVID-19 Update to our customers:

Our top priority remains the health and well being of our clients, employees, and community.

We are continuing to monitor and review the recommendations of the Governor, CDC, and other health officials regarding COVID-19.  After careful consideration surrounding the dynamic situation of COVID-19, and out of the utmost caution and concern for our work family and customers, our offices will remain closed to direct in-person interactions through the end of June.  When our doors do reopen, things will look a little different as we strive to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy.  We will provide updated procedures as we get closer to that point.

 

At Bernier Insurance, we have taken steps to prepare for disaster and unforeseen business interruptions over the last several years, such as: investing in cloud based technologies which allow our staff to work remotely if needed with minimal disruption to service, utilizing e-signature for any forms which require signatures, and transitioning our phone system to one that allows us to re-route calls remotely. We remain available by phone and email, and any paperwork can be dropped off through our mail slot in the front door of our Rochester office or mailed in.

 

We will continue to monitor and adhere to local, regional, and federal responses and advice to best protect our customers and staff.
